Shipping Policies
National Textile and Apparel's main carrier is UPS. If you are outside of the US, you can e-mail us for details on shipping by USPS instead. USPS does have a longer shipping time frame because it does not have a daily pick up, as UPS does. We are not responsible for articles lost or misdirected by any carrier. However, we will help you the best we can to ensure your satisfaction. The customer is responsible for all shipping cost for original orders and/or exchanges. Our shipping cost is determined by the weight of the product/products that are ordered and the zip code they are being shipped to. Return Policy Your satisfaction is important to us. All pre-approved returns or exchanges will be accepted within 15 days of your receipt of the order. Laundered, damaged or worn items are not returnable. All custom orders, including special orders and silk screened or sublimation transfer items are non-returnable. We are sorry, but shipping-and-handling charges will not be refunded. Customers are responsible for return shipping charges. All pre-approved refunds will incur a 25% restocking fee based on the return value. Please call Customer Service at 601.892.4356 for return/exchange authorization instructions. Send returned items to National Textile and Apparel, Attn: Returns and Exchanges, 1018 Industrial Drive, Hazlehurst, MS 39083. For your protection, please insure your return and send it prepaid via UPS or USPS Mail. A shipping and handling fee will be charged on exchange orders. Backorder Policy If there is an item on backorder, you will be contacted by e-mail or phone within 24 hours after your order has been placed. Sorry, unfortunately our inventory is not connected with our website. When you are contacted, you will be asked if you would like for us to ship and backorder, hold order until complete, or cancel. (Please note, if you ship and backorder, you will be charged for shipping each time.) If we are out of stock and it has been noted on our website, we reserve the right to cancel that order and/or item off the order. Damaged Goods Policy In the event of a manufacturing defect, return the item new, unused and unwashed. Upon inspection, if it has been determined that the item was defective, we will promptly replace the item at no cost to you. |
